Om Seva Sansthan was established in 2012 by Hemant Dada Pathak with the support of like-minded educationists like the Prof. Pravin C. Trivedi – Vice Chancellor, Jai Narayan Vyas University Jodhpur, Prof. I. V. Trivedi – Former Vice Chancellor, Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur, Prof K.B. Joshi – Dean Department of Physics Mohanlal Sukhadia University Udaipur, and Prof. Natwarlal Upadhyay – Research Scientist Anand Agriculture University .
The Trust was established to set up centres for educational excellence that would accept only qualitative practices nurturing students with value based education.
The Trust began its operations with Swami Vivekanand College, the highest conferred to an educational institution. Here at Swami Vivekanand College, we offer our students a comprehensive learning environment, filled with academic support and educational services. Ever since we got our start in 2013, Swami Vivekanand College has been instilling knowledge in students from all over. The Chairman of Om Seva Sansthan Sagwara and the Founder of this Institution is Mr.Hemant Dada Pathak B Sc. ,B. Phrm., EX. Chairman of municipal corporation sagwara, an ideal educationist and pragmatic philanthropist, a man of large resourcefulness and lofty ideals. He philanthropy being consistently humanitarian and generously charitable and readily employs his wealth advance the education of youth and marks good use of this life which is a sacrifice, Prefers the path of rectitude and plunges in it with heart and soul by building an educational institution. He invests his earned wealth in education and receives real pleasure from the investment and he does not put his trust in money but puts his money in trust.
The 21st century has been widely acclaimed as the "Knowledge Era". Every nation and institution is finding itself to be performing in an increasingly competitive and globalise international environment where the information infrastructure, research and innovation system, education and life long learning and regulatory framework have become critical parameters. It has been recognised that the creation of new knowledge primarily depends on strengthening the education system and promoting modern technology in educational institutions.
